Cyclone’s main areas of activity include:
· Design and production of Military Aircraft structural parts, metal and composite components. Our experienced workforce includes engineers and technicians, test pilots, skilled workers and quality control personnel. These dedicated professionals contribute significantly to Cyclone’s international reputation for production, on-time deliveries, quality and response to customer requirements.
· Helicopter and light aircraft overhaul, repair and modification per customer needs. Whether integration of advanced systems or front-to-back overhaul and testing services, Cyclone enhances capabilities and pro- longs service-life.
· Design and production of external fuel tanks, pylons, and ejection bomb racks. Successful development of external military flight aircraft hardware for the Israel Defense Forces has led to an international customer base. As the sole source for the F-16 600 gallon external fuel tank and pylon, Cyclone has demonstrated that it has what it takes to satisfy demanding customers.
· Fleet Support and Operation Services. Cyclone manages fleet support and operation under innovative concepts such as Power By the Hour (PBH) and Private Finance Initiative (PFI) for the Israeli Air Force.
Cyclone provides full operation services for the entire Israel Air Force Flight Academy fleet, which includes the following:
· Aircraft configuration and purchasing.
· GROB 120 AI self-owned fleet.
· Complete ILS/CLS package implementation.
· Performance of all maintenance activities including flights.
· Specified systems integration (DVR).
· Aircraft operation and maintenance under ICAA regulations.
