As part of our ongoing Ethics compliance program, and consistent with legal requirements applicable to affiliates of publicly traded companies, we are pleased to publish our updated Code of Conduct and Business Ethics (English Version) | (Hebrew Version) as approved by Cyclone’s and Elbit Systems’ Board of Directors. The Code contains a “whistleblower” process to encourage reports of Code violations. The Code is in addition to our other procedures and policies regarding Business Ethics.
